Return & Replacement Policy – Standard Solutions
If you are purchasing products directly from our showrooms, please check the product in front of our sales staff.
Once the product has been taken out of the store, any later issues will not qualify for a product exchange.
Service will only be provided under the applicable warranty terms for that product.
For Online Orders

After receiving the product, if you notice any manufacturing defects or issues, you must inform us within 24 hours through our hotline.

The product must be returned with its original box and all included accessories, all in intact condition.

If the product or packaging is scratched, damaged, or altered in any way, it will not be eligible for return.
Wrong Product Delivered

If the delivered box appears to contain the wrong product, do not open or damage the packaging.

Once the box is opened, the product is used, or the packaging is damaged, the return request will not be accepted.
Manufacturing Defect Returns

If a product has a proven manufacturing defect, it must be physically returned to the relevant Standard Solutions branch.

You have 3 calendar days after delivery to return the product.

If the product does not reach our office within 3 days, it will be treated as a warranty claim, and normal warranty procedures will apply.
Replacement Through Delivery Service

If you prefer replacing a defective product through our delivery service, a replacement charge of Tk. 200 will apply within Dhaka.

For areas outside Dhaka, standard courier charges will apply.
Non-Returnable Situations

If a product is purchased from our website after reading its description and it is delivered without any faults, but later you find it incompatible with your setup or simply do not want it, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Software and software licenses are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Refund Policy

In specific cases, products may be refunded within 3 to 10 working days.

For online purchases, the process may take longer depending on the payment gateway.

Refund charges apply to all Mobile Financial Service (MFS), Online Gateway, or POS payment refunds.

If a product arrives broken or with damaged packaging, do not accept it from the courier.

If you accept such a product, you will be fully responsible, and no complaint will be accepted.

If you received any cashback during payment, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund.
